ManBoy is hiring a Content Strategist & Shoot Coordinator who can carry a video from blank-page idea all the way to shoot-day execution. You think in scripts. You plan in frames. You run the floor when cameras roll. The YouTube channel is not live yet — that's the point. The person who joins now gets to say "I built this" when ManBoy blows up.

Your Areas of Ownership

Strategy & Concept — Brainstorm video ideas, plan the content calendar, decide the dare for each shoot.

Script & Storyboard — Write tight 60–90s scripts in Hinglish. Hooks, dialogues, beats — all engineered to stop scrolls.

Shoot Planning — Lock down location, props, contestants, visual setup. Zero guesswork on shoot day.

On-Ground Coordination — Run the floor. Arrange contestants, set call times, manage the shoot from start to wrap.

Frame Sense & Gear — Think in 60-second frames. Suggest the right camera, mic, angles. Budget-smart, quality-first.

Channel Launch Blueprint — Plan the entire YouTube & Instagram launch from scratch — channel identity, content drop sequence, and a 30/60/90-day growth roadmap. Before the first video goes live, you've already mapped what goes where, when, and why.
